Free Shipping if your order is over £69.00 and within the UK.

All shipments are sent via the Royal Mail's service.

For delivery within the United Kingdom:

• The postage is free if your order is over £69.00. The delivery will normally take 1-3 working days.
• Standard delivery - £5.98, now £1.99. The delivery will normally take 1-3 working days.
• Special delivery - £12.99, now £5.99. The delivery will normally take 1-2 working days.
• We recommend that you order well in advance at Christmas time as there will be last postal delivery days and for Special Occasions to avoid disappointment. If you do have an urgent order we will do our best to accommodate you wherever we can.

For delivery outside of the United Kingdom:

• Overseas sales will be despatched by Royal Mail International Signed For.  Delivery charge is £15.99, now £7.99 .

Once you have made the payment and received confirmation, we will process the order - typically within one working day - and advise you of a dispatch. Deliveries will typically take 1-3 days to be delivered in the UK.

If you have a problem with the consignment

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will process the order and notify you of a dispatch date. All items are sent using the Royal Mail's "Signed for" service which requires someone to sign on receipt of the consignment. Using this service means that we can track a consignment from dispatch to delivery. In the event of non-delivery, please contact us and we shall endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
