This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Peace of mind 90 day Guarantee (include statutory cooling off period).
If you wish to return an item for a full refund for any reason you should do so within the first 90 days from the day you receive the item (or the next postal day following dispatch from Pearl Island). You will be sent an email from us notifying you the item has been dispatched.
Items should be in their original condition and must be unworn. The item should be kept in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are excluded from the returns and cooling off period guarantee, unless we are at fault.
To Return, you should
- Attach a copy of the invoice and state the reason for return.
- If the item is faulty, please give a full description.
- Ensure the item is packaged in its original presentation case or pouch.

- Retain proof of posting for your records.
- Please notify us by email ( service@pearlisland.co.uk ) if you return any item, so we can confirm receipt.

Refunds
Once the item is assessed, we will refund the amount (except postage) onto your credit / debit card (the same card as used for the purchase).
